CIF is proud to be a part of British Columbia’s first ever wind energy project.

Construction of the foundation bases for 34 wind turbine generators began in June of 2008 and the job was completed by Christmas. Each foundation base is 25 meters in diameter and designed to support a 78 meter tall, 3 Megawatt, tower.

Unique Features: Footing Bases for 34 Wind Turbine Generators and Substation Foundations. Each footing base was cylindrical in shape (with a domed cap) and contained 450m³ of concrete.
